My teaching method of Pilates will explain the concept of the two way stretch and help you discover how to direct your energy to maximize your strength and power. In the PIlates method you use your body weight and gravity to tone and strengthen your muscles. This allows for your body to stretch and strengthen more naturally, meaning, you'll see the effects more rapidly in your everyday life...like while you are driving, doing laundry and carrying groceries inside or even responding to the unexpected in life. You'll be able to run around with your children longer and go from a seated position to standing with less effort. You will find yourself living well, feeling fit and enjoying life more! Whatever life brings, you will be ready for it!
